Forth Worth, TX -- DSS Research, the leader in health care market research, has been granted full approval to conduct the Home Health Care CAHPS survey for Medicare certified home health agencies by CMS. DSS is one of only six firms that have been granted full approval status.
CMS and the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey Coordination team have thoroughly reviewed DSS processes and procedures including implementation and oversight of the company's survey sampling procedures, data collection processes, data processing and submission of files to CMS on behalf of home health agencies.
