Get Familiar With Improved Quality/Outcome Measure Reports

Recently, improvements have been made to the suite of reports that show Process Measures and Outcome Measures.

The "Process Measures Met - Detail View" and "Process Measures Unmet - Detail View" reports have been combined into one. The consolidated report has "Met" and "Unmet" columns with checkmarks for each assessment. If you'd rather only see one or the other, you can do so by using filters. Simply add a filter where "Met = True" or "Unmet = True."

The "Decline in Quality Measure - Detail" report has been replaced with "Home Health Quality Measures - Detail View." This shows the Outcome Measures and has columns for "Improved," "Declined," and "No Change." This new format makes it clear to see which assessments are causing your publicly reported Outcomes to go up or down.

Keep in mind that in order to be eligible for these reports, PPS Plus must have the beginning and ending assessments of an episode of care. So it's important to import/enter the Transfers and Discharges into PPS Plus.
