What is HH-CAHPS?
The Home Health Care CAHPS Survey, also referred to as HHCAHPS, is part of a family of Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey instruments developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) in conjunction with CMS. This survey is used to assess patients’ perceptions of care provided by Medicare-certified home health agencies. The HHCAHPS Survey is being used to measure the experiences of those receiving home health care.
