Our nurses will review your OASIS data, clinical notes, patient records, etc. and then provide coding recommendations to increase clinical accuracy.
OASIS Accuracy Checks
The PPS Plus nursing team will review M items on your OASIS to make sure they accurately reflect the patient's clinical condition. They will also look for potential upscoring / underscoring and will alert you when substandard trends are detected in your documentation.
Pick up the phone and call our experts for the support you need to get through what's stumping you. Then once you complete the OASIS and submit it to us, a nurse will contact you with feedback on how to increase the accuracy.
ICD-9 Code Auditing
Our nurses will review your ICD-9 codes and make sure they are in compliance with current coding guidelines. They will also look for potential upcoding / downcoding within your data.Request More Info
