How do I obtain your product?

One of our nurses will then contact you and set up a time for an online demonstration, which usually takes about an hour. If you are satisfied after the demonstration, we will email you a proposal, accept a payment for the first month’s subscription (check, e-check, or major credit card), and provide you with a link to download the product. Your account executive will then schedule online training to help set up the import and teach your staff on how to properly use the product. All users are provided with a 30 day trial period, so if you are not satisfied with the product after 30 days, you may cancel the subscription and receive a full refund.

Do you charge for upgrades and enhancements? How about technical support?

PPS Plus makes it easy for our customers. You receive one bill that includes the right to use the software, all upgrades and enhancements, and technical support. When CMS makes a change, customers receive a free corresponding software update. When the ICD-9 coding updates happen in the fall, customers receive a free corresponding software update. Where is PPS Plus located? What is the Crawfish Boil?

PPS Plus Software is located in Biloxi, MS (100 miles east of New Orleans). Each year we host an annual crawfish boil for our customers, friends and families. This annual event is held on the first Friday in May. In 2009, we boiled more than 400 lbs of crawfish. Rick Drummond of CareWatch served as our celebrity chef and Congressman Gene Taylor stopped by for the mudbugs. This is southern cooking at its best.
